The functions of this department include recruitment, selection, training, career development, position classification, compensation, salary and benefits administration, personnel records management, risk management, performance management, and employee relations. The Town Manager will ensure that all employees are treated equal and apply all the areas of human resource management in the day-to-day operations of the Town.
