If you would like to become a vendor for the Town or be placed on the Town’s bidders list for bid opportunities please complete the below Bidders List Application and the Vendor Application and return by either method below:

Minority participation

The Town has adopted a verifiable ten percent (10%) goal for participation by minority businesses in the total value of work for each Town project. We shall make a good faith effort to recruit minority participation. If you are a minority or women owned business owner and would like more information please visit the NC Department of Administration’s HUB office at www.doa.state.nc.us/hub. You can complete the online certification process if you are not certified.

Surplus property

The Town of Swansboro has selected GovDeals, an outline auction service for government surplus and confiscated properties to conduct on-line sales of their surplus property. Items will either be placed on that site or in the newspaper when they are declared surplus and are available for disposal.
