Public Hearing Notice
The public shall take notice that the Swansboro Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at 6:00 pm in the Community Room of Town Hall located at 601 W. Corbett Avenue on Proposed text amendments to the Unified Development Ordinance in the following sections:
- Section §152.073, Moratoria
- Section §152.196, Notes to the Table of Area, Yard, and Height Requirements, Note 6
- Section §152.445, Coastal High Hazard Areas (Zone VE)(Q)
