PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The public shall take notice that the Swansboro Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on January 27, 2026 at 6PM in the Community Room located at 601 W. Corbett Avenue for the following items:
- Rezoning application for +/- 1 acre of land from RA (Residential/Agricultural) to R10 Single Family, further identified as tax parcel ID 012535 located on Swansboro Loop Road.
- Proposed text amendment to the Unified Development Ordinance, to add section §152.034 Appearance Commission.
