PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
TOWN OF SWANSBORO
The public shall take notice that the Swansboro Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing during their regular meeting on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, for the Sand Dollar Homes Conditional Rezoning for 27.287+\- acres on parcel ID 019324 from RA (Residential Agricultural) to R-20SF CZ (Single Family Conditional Zoning) to develop a cluster subdivision.
