PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
TOWN OF SWANSBORO
The public shall take notice that the Swansboro Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing during their regular meeting on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, for the following:
- Zoning Map Amendment to Rezone four parcels from R-10SF to RA along Dr. Corbett Road
- Text Amendment to the Town Unified Development Ordinance for Section 152.479 Certificate of Appropriateness List
- Text Amendment to the Town Unified Development Ordinance for Appendix III Historic District Design Standards
