Notice of Special Meeting – July 15, 2025 (BOC)

SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
The Swansboro Board of Commissioners will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, beginning at 6:00 pm in the Town Hall Community Room/601 W. Corbett Avenue. The purpose of the meeting is to update the public on the recent decision by the North Carolina State Board of Elections, which ruled that the Town of Swansboro was not permitted to hold a special election in November 2025 to fill the remainder of the vacant Board seat currently held by appointee Mrs. Pieratti. A public comment period will be included as part of the meeting.
