Revised Special Meeting Notice
The Swansboro Board of Commissioners will hold a Special Joint meeting with the EOC/PSB Site Selection Committee on Thursday, May 23, 2024, beginning at 6:00 pm in the Town Hall Community Room/601 W. Corbett Avenue. The purpose of the meeting will be for the board to enter closed session pursuant to NCGS 138.143-11 (a)(5) To establish, or to instruct the public body’s staff or negotiating agents concerning the position to be taken by or on behalf of the public body in negotiating the price and other material terms of a contract or proposed contract for the acquisition of real property by purchase, option, exchange, or lease.
