News Release – Downtown Sidewalk Maintenance
NCDOT is replacing/upgrading ADA ramps in the downtown/historic district, along with any concrete work that is required, i.e., curbing, sidewalks, gutters, that will be affected by this project.
The project is expected to last 6 weeks, and contractors will be working Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
There will be intermittent road closures during this project at the site of work.
