Pat enjoys being with family and friends and everything Swansboro has to offer.  As the “Friendly City by the Sea” one can enjoy the quaint downtown, recreational facilities, historical museum, the water, and especially, the friendly people.  You can go anywhere at any time in Swansboro and see friendly faces enjoying what our city has to offer.

“I’ve lived in many places; however, the moment I moved here in 1992 I knew I had found the place I would raise my family and never want to leave. I am honored to be able to work with the citizens of Swansboro, to be engaged and make a positive difference for those that I exist to serve. Above all else, I have the PASSION for wanting to help and serve others for the FUTURE.”
