The Town of Swansboro is currently seeking applications to fill a soon-to-be-vacant Mayor seat, with the term running through December 2025. This vacancy arises due to the current Mayor’s recent election to the Onslow County Board of Commissioners, a new role that he will assume in the coming term. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to serve our town in a leading role, guiding Swansboro toward a bright and sustainable future.

Submission: Applications should be submitted to the Town Clerk by email or hand-delivered to Town Hall at 601 W. Corbett Avenue. Full details are available on the application form.
Selection: The Board of Commissioners will review applications and make a selection in a meeting to be held at the earliest in January 2025.
